Refund & Exchange
1. Refund policy:
Replacement of product in case of client dissatisfaction is possible. In case of non-availability of replacement product, client is eligible for a refund. Payments are normally refunded within 48 hours from the time of request for refund. Product should be return in the same condition that they are received by buyers, within 15 days of receipt. All quality related complaints or return and replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. Complaints can be raised by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Buyers are required to provide pictures of destroyed warranty booklet along with complaint mail. Exchanges are not currently honored by us.(contradicts exchange policy)
2. Exchange policy:
We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.
- In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you will be transferred to your account.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, a refund for the amount paid is initiated. Alternately product replacement can be done when the product is available again.
Returns are subject to the Nutrus return policy and are covered by the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee for all.
If I ever want to return a product, how do I do it?
You can easily request for return if you receive a product that is Damaged or Defective or Not as Described. Return can be initiated by mailing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or login page. The return charges shall be borne by the customer. Return/refund is processed only after authenticity check of returned product.
In case of return request the product has to be in unused and in original condition including price tags, labels, original packaging etc.
Not covered under Return Policy:
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns, such as:
- Return request made outside the specified time frame.
- Missing articles from the package received including price tags, labels, original packing.
- Defect or damage caused at the customer’s end.
- Product damage due to misuse or incidental damage on the part of the buyer.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Is it possible to return my order partially?
Yes, you can request for a partial return of your order. Return request can be created at item level.
3. Order cancellation policy:
How to cancel the order?
Orders can be cancelled within a day of placing the order. Cancellation request can be emailed at email@example.com. Cancellation of order is acknowledged by mail within 48 hours of the request being raised. Cancellation of orders can be initiated by buyers’ before the order is processed. Payments made for cancelled orders are reversed as per return/refund policy of the company.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
a. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
c. In case of unavailability of a product, or
d. For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
Note: while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such events, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund entire amount that may have been paid by you to purchase of such product.
As a policy, we maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserves the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them.
